Senior Animator
Job Purpose
Build high quality motions through key frame animation and editing motion capture data. Work closely with the Lead Artist and Producer to address all issues related to the project’s animation. This includes establishing the animation style, defining the work flow and communicating important schedule information. Work in a range of styles. Ensure the visual quality and game-play of the product through tuning (rebuilding), bug fixing, and play-testing. Collaborate with engineers on tools and techniques.

Major Responsibilities

You will be responsible for creating and manipulating texture sets in addition to learning our proprietary shader system for next-generation content. AI Engineer
Red Storm Entertainment, Inc. is looking for an individual that will work closely with development teams to design and program AI systems for a next-generation first-person shooter game. This entails multiple levels of AI, and touches on several areas including navigation, behaviors, group coordination, environment awareness, tactics, goal-based planning, and terrain analysis to mention a few! A desire to design and implement support and scripting tools for content creators is a must.

Red Storm Entertainment, Inc. is looking for an individual to design, create, maintain and update various types of technical documentation, online help, user guides, white papers, design specifications and various other documents to facilitate information flow and recording. The individual must have solid written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of creative people.

Game Designer
Job Purpose
Work in a variety of design roles, from Lead to scripting, to ensure the success of the assigned project. Work with or lead the Design team to fulfill the positioning and primary feature requirements of the game, and contribute to the team’s goal of reaching the project’s primary vision. Fulfill game-related design and writing tasks. Implement and document gameplay and employ consensus to improve the game. Provide competitive intelligence to the Design department. If needed, ensure the subjective quality of the gameplay of the game through scripting, playtesting and balancing.
Major Responsibilities
- Employ consensus to improve the game design and vision - proactive in creating the design based upon objective and subjective factors. Objective factors primarily include engineering and testing concerns; subjective factors include the consensus of the team working on the project, the design department, and management
- Communicate the vision of the game to team, management, other departments, and the public - The Designer, if serving as a Lead, must be prepared to provide a concise and complete presentation on the core vision of the game to any audience.
- Assist the Producer in overseeing the implementation of features - must constantly review the progress of the game and adjust the implementation of the features to match the vision.
- Create, document and prepare a variety of concepts for production – formalize and pitch concepts for features and gameplay; responsible for taking feedback from those pitches and integrating it into the process.
